I Don't Need You (Anymore)

Download

Thought you were better than me so off you went to sell broken biscuits
I pleaded, 'Bri don't go, your sales will be slow', you scoffed it's none of my bleedin' business
You had investors throwing money at you - rented your pitch too - driving up the value of your custard creams
You turned your back on me so flippin' fast I come over all dizzy and fell off my wicker chair

Bri Jnr. - you just don't care

The punters asked questions hard and fast, like what would go with creme brulee
What popped in your head was broken shortbread and a lovely warm cup of tea
You kept up with demand of being the biscuit man and all your new found fans
You posted on Reddit that your old band was shit and you had a new business plan

Bri Jnr. - you just don't care

But by the new fiscal my new album will be out and you can pay to hear it
You can pay with the profits that you spend
I'm not a broken biscuit, don't need to risk it or sell for pennies
Once your payment has cleared your copy will be sent

Release notes:

All words & music by Tico Jnr.

Written specifically as both an opener and a replacement for Joggers Nipple (a track ruthlessly stolen by Bri. Jnr for the supposed forthcoming Space Brain album), I Don't Need You (Anymore) has Tico Jnr. set his stall (no pun intended) out early. While insisting any similarities with 'real' characters are purely accidental, it is no accident how sensational this thigh-slapper really is.

Tico Jnr. quipped 'Lovely, isn't it? I had no real inspiration for this grindcore wonder, but somehow it just escaped the pores of my hands. And here we are'.

Released as the first single from the album (catch the single and marvellous b-side Insatiable Girl With Shaved Pubic Hair here).
