Tico, Tico, Tico...

I'm back!

I'm back like never before
I've written this song and plenty more
I'm back from where I've been
The Taj Mahal up to Aberdeen
Yes, I'm back and don't you know it
I'm super happy and excited to show it
I'm back like you wouldn't believe
I got plenty of rockin' riffs up my sleeve

Yes, I'm back!

I'm back and raring to go
I've beaten the rain and the heavy snow
I'm back with a bang
I answered the call when my mobile rang
Yes, I'm back yet again
I'm ready to spank with my wooden cane
I'm back due to high demand
So I've brought along my gastric band

I'm back!

Release notes:

All words & music by Tico Jnr.

'I felt good going into the second number, feeling like I really was back, so this really was effortless', tickles Tico. A sample of 'Tico, Tico, Tico' from the opening track of his hugely successful debut album, Lazy. Sexy. Cool, provides a nod to the past while steaming full-steam ahead.

Tico has been cautiously suggesting in numerous interviews he felt possessed by the ghost of Stevie Ray Vaughan while recording the guitar on this, and it is very, very easy to see how that is very much the case. It could be suggested he was possessed by the ghost of Stephen Gateley for the vocals.
